Terms of use for the website

Use of the website and images is at your own risk. Its creator, Paul Marnef, may, for technical reasons, alter its opening hours and operation, or even make it unavailable.

To the extent permitted by law, the creator shall in no circumstances be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, whether foreseeable or not, arising from claims such as delays, transmission problems, speed of transmission or access, unavailability of all or part of the images, deletion of images or files, errors, computer ‘bugs’, or alteration of images, regardless of the basis of the claim.

Under no circumstances shall the total amount of liability incurred by the artist exceed the purchase price of the photographic print. All claims relating to the use of the website must be made within a maximum of three months. After this period, they shall lapse.

This website and all its content — texts, images, photographs, illustrations, graphic designs and other elements — are protected by copyright and, unless otherwise stated, are the property of Paul Marnef. Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.

Any infringement or denial of an intellectual property right or any right relating to material belonging to Paul Marnef may result in civil and/or criminal penalties, as well as an order to pay compensation for all damages caused.
