Crystalline Planets

With my Crystalline Planets, I continue my photographic explorations by giving nature a new dimension. Flowers, fields and plant material fragment and reassemble into shards of colour and light. Between mosaic and abstraction, these creations bring forth worlds in which living forms seem to turn into an almost mineral substance.

Each work begins with an original photograph, which I rework to reveal other forms, rhythms and vibrations. I enjoy this encounter between reality and imagination, where textures multiply, colours enter into dialogue and familiar reference points fade, making room for a freer, more poetic vision of nature.
