My series of art photographs

At the heart of my photographic practice lies the universe of Imaginary Planets, born of my desire to transform reality in order to reveal unexpected perspectives. This universe now takes the form of several series of art photographs, each exploring a distinct visual language: the expressive power of black and white, the tactile quality of relief creations, crystalline metamorphoses and compositions inspired by Pointillism.

These four approaches are like paths that intersect, extend and evolve in line with my inspirations and experiments. They reflect a shared desire to go beyond the traditional framework of photography, to play with forms, light, colours and materials, and to open up new spaces for the imagination. I invite you to explore these different facets of my artistic world and to discover both what sets them apart and what connects them. If you’d prefer to start with a subject, a colour or a place, explore the other paths through my art photography.

Series of art photographs: from the real to the imaginary

Each creation begins with an original photograph, a fragment of reality that becomes the starting point for an artistic exploration. Through digital manipulation, I play with shapes, perspectives, colours and balances to bring forth compositions that are sometimes very different from the original image. It is an approach in which technique serves the imagination, without ever obscuring the photographer’s vision.

This exploration extends to the choice of media and presentation methods. From fine art paper to prints on aluminium or under Plexiglas, right through to relief creations, each material brings a unique dimension to the work. Light, textures and materials thus play a full part in the visual experience, giving my series of art photographs expressions that are as diverse as they are complementary.

To continue this journey of discovery and explore all these approaches brought together within a single universe, I invite you to browse through my entire collection of Imaginary Planets.
