Black and White

Black and white opens up another dimension in my photographic explorations. In the absence of colour, light, contrasts, shapes and textures take on their full importance, sometimes revealing details and atmospheres that the eye might otherwise have overlooked.

Through these creations, I seek to move beyond a simple representation of reality, giving greater prominence to emotion, material qualities and a sense of timelessness. It is another way to explore my imaginary worlds and invite everyone to look differently at what surrounds us.
