My fine art photographs in yellow offer a gateway into my world through colour. I am often drawn to yellow because of the light it seems to bring to a scene. A flower, a field or an illuminated surface can become the starting point for an Imaginary Planet. I then transform their lines to seek a different balance, beyond the original landscape.
This gallery brings together works in which I have incorporated the colour yellow. This shade may dominate the composition or appear only in subtle touches. The selection evolves alongside my creations and their associated colours. Click on a thumbnail to open the artwork’s details page and discover the printing options available.

Yellow: a light within the composition
In a photograph, yellow is not merely a bright colour. It can take on a golden hue, blend with green or contrast with a deep blue. The interplay of colours interests me just as much as the colour itself. Take the time to follow the transitions between the elements and observe where the image allows the forms to breathe.
To take this exploration further, I’d like to share my approach to my artistic practice. You may also wish to read my reflections on fine art photography within an interior. The choice of a colour offers a starting point; your relationship with the work remains essential.
Explore my fine-art photographs in yellow
When choosing a yellow photograph, first compare the distribution of light. Some works draw the eye to the centre; others lead it towards the edge. In your space, natural light and surrounding colours will also alter your perception of the print.
My display simulations and the page on formats and presentations will help you to explore your options further. Finally, if several works appeal to you, please tell me what you like about each one. I can then guide you in your choice, taking into account your space and your personal taste.
