Paul Marnef, contemporary art photographer, creator of the Fine Art series of original photographs: Imaginary Planets.

Tree Art Photos – Artistic photographs in exceptional prints

Welcome to this gallery entirely dedicated to fine art tree photographs from my original series, Imaginary Planets. Here, nature becomes a work of art. Trees, whether solitary, in groups, or monumental, are showcased in artistic photographs, created with care, passion, and a poetic eye.

Each image is available as a signed, numbered, and limited edition art print, with a wide selection of formats, finishes, and frames. Whether you're a collector, a lover of contemporary art photography, or simply looking for a unique tree photograph to decorate your home, this gallery is for you.

A unique collection of tree photographs as fine art prints

Trees are at the heart of many stories, myths, childhood memories, and symbols. In my photographic work, they come to life in a new form. Using the full spherical panorama technique (360° x 180°), some works create veritable tiny planets of trees, where perspectives are reversed, and nature seems to float in space.

Each tree photo print offered here is an invitation to dream, contemplate, and reconnect. You will find:

  • Photographs of winter trees, with graphic and stark silhouettes.
  • Autumn trees, flamboyant and vibrant.
  • Spring forests, lush and luminous.
  • Summer trees, bathed in light and serenity.

Tree photo prints available in several sizes and finishes

I offer my fine art tree photographs in several formats to suit all tastes and budgets.

Small formats at affordable prices

Are you starting a collection? Looking for an inexpensive art photo as a gift? Our small fine art prints on fine art paper, mounted or simply framed, are accessible to all, without compromising on quality. Each work is a limited edition, signed and numbered.

Large formats for impactful decoration

To transform a wall into an exhibition space, large formats (60x60 cm, 80x80 cm, 100x100 cm, or 120x120 cm) are ideal. These large-format tree photos are perfect for living rooms, entrance halls, architect's offices, or showrooms.

High-end finishes

  • Printed on fine art paper (Hahnemühle type): matte, deep finish, ideal for a black and white tree photo.
  • Chromaluxe: ultra-bright and contemporary finish, perfect for bringing out the colors and details of bark, sky, or foliage.
  • Alu Dibond: simple and elegant presentation, frameless, ideal for modern interiors.
  • Plexiglas Diachrome FineArt mounting: for a professional gallery effect with depth and brilliance.
  • Round finish: some tiny tree planets are available in a round format (for example: Ø 100 cm), accentuating the cosmic and artistic dimension of the work.

An art photographer passionate about trees

I am Paul Marnef, an art photographer based in Belgium, creator of the Imaginary Planets series. For years, I have been interested in the shapes, textures, and symbols that trees carry in our collective imagination. My goal: to offer photographs of trees that don't just document reality, but also awaken the imagination and emotions.

Some works were created in Walloon Brabant, others in European forests, or on seashores where a single tree resists the wind. All these places are photographed with particular attention to natural light, composition, and what the tree tells us.

A diversity of trees for every view

In this gallery, you will discover trees of all styles, captured in settings as varied as they are inspiring. Some are solitary, standing in the middle of a field or a celestial plain. Others appear in groups, like a close-knit group braving the elements. The black and white trees reveal their graphic essence with particular intensity, while others play with colors and contrasts.

You will also come across trees that smile, that grimace, that seem to speak to us, or that transform as if in a dream. Some evoke the world of Alice in Wonderland, with their strange, almost magical shapes. There are bare trees, their bare branches drawing calligraphy in the sky, and lush deciduous trees, veritable explosions of vegetation, and even desert trees.

Each work offers a unique perspective, and everyone can read a different story in it.

Why buy a tree photo print?

Buying a tree photo print means:

  • Decorating your home with a powerful visual work, full of meaning.
  • Giving an original and lasting gift, full of symbols (strength, wisdom, roots, growth).
  • Investing in a signed and limited edition work of art, whose value continues to grow.
  • Supporting contemporary, local, and human creativity.
  • Reconnecting with nature, even in an urban or professional setting.

Collectors, architects, decorators: this gallery is for you.

The tree art photos I offer are equally at home with individuals passionate about art and nature, as they are with professionals: interior designers, decorators, and companies keen to provide a soothing and inspiring setting for their colleagues or clients.

I also work on custom orders, if you would like a custom tree photo, a specific format, a special frame, or express delivery.

Easy delivery and ordering.

Each photo print is carefully prepared, printed by professional Belgian or European laboratories, then delivered to your home with secure packaging. The works can be framed or delivered ready to hang.

Free delivery in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and Europe.

Explore and find your tree.

This gallery was designed to help you find the tree that suits you: a majestic oak? A solitary birch? A mysterious forest? A tree in the wind? Let yourself be guided by your intuition and travel through these poetic images, born from reality but propelled into the imagination.
